Reactive Services
Although reactive servicing should be a thing of the past, the proverbial does happen. 2Gen Pty Ltd use an advanced, remote technology which allows us to instantly connect to clients and resolve 85% of most issues. If the issue cannot be resolved by a Level 1 Technician, it is then quickly escalated to a Level 2 Technician and then onto On Site Servicing.
If you are a Managed I.T Service client, Reactive Servicing is included. If not, our competitive rates for Level 1, Reactive Services are $88.00 per hour and our Level 2 Reactive Service rates are $132.00 per hour, both of which, include GST. For On Site Reactive Servicing we charge an additional call out fee of $38.50 which includes GST. There is no hourly minimum for Reactive Servicing.
