Any issues that do arise are reported automatically in electronic format to 2Gen who take relevant actions necessary to resolve any faults without the need for our interaction.
2Gen also utilises a Task Management software package which gives you instant access to lodge any issues, request a call out and prioritize each individual tasks importance. The advantage of using this system we have found is that any action taken on a particular issue is noted for future reference, which saves time and money should the same situation occur. It is easy to use and saves the need to leave messages on voice mail, and continually miss each others calls.
